All three owners, Molly DiBernardo, Maureen Fouser, and Teresa Holton, are residents of the western suburbs of Chicago. The three women have been friends for years, bonding from their backgrounds in the field of education and their flair for decorating. All three were in the field of education and then returned to school to get their certification in the fields of interior redesign and home staging. The company began their business doing interior redesigning on private residences, and home staging for individuals and realtors. This service provides an advantage in a competitive marketplace. The company was given the opportunity in 2007 to design the sales model for the new senior living center in LaGrange Park, Illinois, called the Landing of Plymouth Place. These upscale condos are selling to seniors wishing to downsize but stay in their own community. This opportunity has opened the door to an interesting new area of their company, move-in services.
